Terms of use

The service

invite.tn lets you create a digital invitation, share it with a link, and collect your guests' replies. Creating and previewing an invitation is free. An invitation becomes public only after we activate it with a paid plan.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email private: whoever can open it can manage your invitations.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, texts and photos you add, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may remove content that is unlawful, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Music offered in the editor is royalty-free. If you upload or request other music, you are responsible for its rights.

Payment and activation

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars per invitation. Payment is made offline (D17, bank transfer or cash) after you request activation on WhatsApp. We activate the plan you paid for, usually within a few hours, every day between 9:00 and 21:00 Tunis time.

How long it stays online

An activated invitation stays online until three months after the event date, then it closes. You can export your replies before then on the Premium plan.

Liability

We do our best to keep invitations available at all times. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for a guest's device or connection. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.
